What a big black bug, not sure what kind of fly or bee it is yet it sure caught my attention.
Being kind is sweet and by the way sets the tone, and could spread throughout the day.
Give it a try. Okay back to the work out? Set the tone, make it a Joy, smile, laugh, breathe deeply.
Take a step, lift your knees toward your chest, twist, lift your arms, flex you hands wave to the sky.
Okay, squats, push ups, frog kicks, bear crawls, bear squats, walk around the block, eat well.
