We are thankful and treasure our good health. We work at it as well. Diet (eating properly and modestly),Exercise, not like an Olympic athlete yet with vigor and purpose (interval training), and Rest (the hardest for us.)
We have a bad habit, working and working at what we love to do then taking a sit down and rest break or spend time with my loving wife Suzi and our amazing family.
Have fun with it and make a little progress each day if you like.
